Melcon Paradise is a condo–hotel project currently under construction, featuring four-story buildings with elevators and 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. The development includes more than 20,000 m² of private green areas, a central garden with an artificial river, and resort-style amenities such as a pool with jacuzzi, gym, spa, restaurant, coworking space, padel court, kids’ area, and ecological zones. The complex also offers access to an artificial beach, fishing lake, and an illuminated 9-hole golf course. It includes 24/7 security, backup power, and flexible payment plans. Delivery is scheduled in two stages between 2027 and 2028.
